Launch Update — New Release Dates for Founders and General Launch

Launch Update

We’re sharing a critical update about our launch timeline—and more importantly, the technical reality behind the decision. As the recent upload log shows, we are deep in the final processing stages, but we have chosen to push the release to ensure the platform meets the “Founder Standard.”

Why we’re delaying: “Functional” vs “Ready”

In software development, there is a massive difference between a feature that “works” and a feature that is “frictionless.” We know delays are frustrating, especially when you have business plans dependent on this tool. However, shipping a multivendor booking engine is not like shipping a simple plugin; it handles money, scheduling, and critical business data.

Our goal isn’t to “ship something.” It’s to ship something you can build a business on without constant support tickets.
The delay is strictly focused on stability, security hardening, and an onboarding experience that respects your time.

Launch-day stability & performance

We are currently running stress tests on the “Booking Flow” (seen in the uploads) to ensure that when 50 concurrent users try to book, the system doesn’t blink.

  • Eliminating “spinner fatigue” on checkout
  • Optimizing database queries for large vendor catalogs
  • Ensuring mobile responsiveness is pixel-perfect

Security & Workflow Integrity

The “Workflow Designer” is powerful, but power requires guardrails. We are using this time to lock down permissions and ensure data isolation between vendors.

  • Role-based access control (RBAC) finalization
  • Input sanitization in the Custom Form Designer
  • Launch QA checkpoints for financial transactions

In short: We are using this time to turn “beta” features into “production” reliability.

1. AnmarBookings Booking Flow

This is the heartbeat of the system. In the video below, we demonstrate the end-to-end customer journey—from selecting a service to final confirmation.

We delayed the launch partially to refine this specific flow. We realized that while the backend was powerful, the frontend needed to be faster. The version you see here represents our “Zero Friction” initiative: instant step transitions, clear availability displays, and a checkout process that converts.

What to watch for: The speed of date selection, the immediate feedback when choosing a slot, and the clean mobile-ready layout.

2. AnmarBookings Workflow Designer

This is where the magic happens for admins. This tool allows you to map out exactly how a booking moves through your system.

Most booking plugins give you a static list of settings. We built a Booking Workflow Designer. This required extra development time because we wanted to give you a visual interface to control logic. You can define what happens before a booking is requested in almost any order: Does the booking require custom forms? Should the customer be given additional information prior to booking? Are addons needed?

What to watch for: The visual nature of the setup. This isn’t just checkboxes; it’s a logic engine that adapts to your business model.

3. AnmarBookings Custom Form Designer

One size rarely fits all. The “Custom Form Designer” video shows how we handle complex data intake.

We rewrote this module three times to get it right. Why? Because you need more than just “Name” and “Email.” You need file uploads, conditional logic, and specific data formats. The Custom Form Designer allows you to drag and drop fields to create intake forms that look professional and validate user input automatically before a booking is even created.

What to watch for: Validation rules and the ease of adding custom fields without touching a single line of code.
