Linking Additional Services

Additional Services allow you to offer optional add-ons alongside a core service. Examples include “Add Hot Stones” to a massage, or “Extra 15 minutes” to a consultation.

Linking additional services creates a smoother booking experience and can increase average booking value.

How to Link Additional Services

1. Go to Services → Services.
2. Locate the main service you want to attach add-ons to.
3. Click the Link (chain) icon in the Actions column.
4. In the Linked Additional Services With <Service Name> dialog, open the dropdown.
5. Select one or more additional services to link.
6. Click Link to save.

Use the Clear Selection button to remove all existing links and start over.

Usage in Single Vendor vs Multivendor

• Single Vendor: Great for upsells and configurable experiences (e.g. add nail art, extra session time).
• Multivendor: Platform owners can define global add-ons, while vendors pick which ones apply to their services (depending on your configuration model).

Linked additional services will appear in the booking flow where supported, allowing customers to select extras during checkout.
